Loan signing customers: we provide Notary Public services only. We witness your signatures and apply the seal — we do not act as a certified signing agent and do not review or explain the content of your loan documents. Please direct questions about loan terms to your lender, escrow officer, or attorney before your appointment.
Bring a photo ID
Current, unexpired driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Name must match the document.
Don't pre-sign
California law requires you sign in front of us. We can't notarize a document that's already been signed.
Ship it out same day
We're a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter — overnight or priority mail available right after notarization.
